Traditional annual donation handover before Christmas
This year, Storopack is continuing its tradition of Christmas donations and supporting four social institutions at various international locations. Our aim is not only to provide financial assistance, but also to recognize the important work that these organizations do every day for people in difficult life situations. These include the Diakonie-Sozialstation Metzingen e. V., the Förderkreis für tumor- und leukämiekranke Kinder Ulm e. V. (Support Group for Children with Cancer and Leukemia in Ulm), the Domov pro mne facility in Czechia, and APAE Brasil in Brazil.
In Germany, the Diakonie-Sozialstation Metzingen e. V. will receive a donation to support its valuable work in home care. The employees are highly committed to supporting families and contribute with empathy to providing the best possible care for relatives.
The Förderkreis für tumor- und leukämiekranke Kinder Ulm e. V. (Support Group for Children with Cancer and Leukemia in Ulm) is also supported. The organization assists affected children and their families during a particularly challenging time and is committed to better treatment options as well as emotional and practical help.
Storopack is also involved internationally: in Brno, Czechia, the Domov pro mne facility receives a donation. It offers people with disabilities a home and promotes their participation in social life.
In addition, a donation will be made to APAE Brasil in Várzea Paulista, Brazil. The organization advocates for the rights of people with mental and physical disabilities and creates opportunities for them to live independently.
