STOROPACK LAUNCHES FOAMplus® HAND PACKER² FOAM PACKAGING SYSTEM
Storopack’s new FOAMplus® Hand Packer² delivers tailored foam packaging for heavy products and unique contours. With the foam packaging system, foam can be injected directly into the box using the manual-mixing gun, adapting to the contours of the packaged goods as it hardens. If a certain packaging shape is frequently required, it can be produced in advance at the press of a button using the appropriate molds, based on the same principle. Using the gun, foam is injected into the molds, where it’s allowed to harden.
Compact, Fast, Light
The microprocessor-controlled FOAMplus® Hand Packer² is extremely efficient, producing foam of consistently high quality and featuring a self-cleaning mixing chamber. In addition to operating very quietly, the foam packaging system can be linked to a network and read bar codes. Packaging instruction can also be stored in the system, accelerating requirements-based production of foam packaging even further. The FOAMplus® Hand Packer² is even lighter and more compact than its predecessor, thus saving space. It’s the first manual foam packaging system on the market that features completely brushless motors and a 7" touchscreen control panel.
